Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the “Porodične priče” service (porodicneprice.com) you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Porodične priče turns voice recordings into polished written stories and assembles a family book, with the option to order a printed edition. We provide the service to the best of our ability and improve it over time.

3. Your account

You must be of legal age to open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for the security of your account and password. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content and consent

Recordings, photos and stories you add remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service (transcription, text drafting, display, printing and sharing as you choose).

You are responsible for having the consent of anyone you record or whose personal data you enter. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

5. Acceptable use

• do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content;
• do not record people without their consent;
• do not attempt to break the security or operation of the service, or misuse it.

6. Plans, payment and billing

There is a free plan and paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly), as well as one-off purchases of printed books. Payment and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record); Paddle’s terms also apply to the transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. We may change prices and plan contents with prior notice; changes do not affect a period already paid.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Printed books

Ordered printed books are a physical, personalized product. Delivery and refund terms (e.g. for damaged or misprinted copies) are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The application, its design, logo, name and code are ours and may not be copied without permission. Your content (recordings, text, photos) remains yours.

10. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the law. You can delete your account at any time.

12. No warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or incidental damage is limited. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms with notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your EU country of residence.
